Heart of the City crowned ‘Outstanding Development of the Year’

Sheffield is entering a new era, with the Heart of the City having been crowned 'Outstanding Development of the Year' at the Insider South Yorkshire Property Dinner 2024.

The Heart of the City project has brought vibrant spaces to life around The Moor, Fargate and the Devonshire Quarter. Headed by the Sheffield City Council and its strategic development partner, Queensberry, the project has created new retail areas, market-leading offices, homes, bars, and cafés. It's also given us a wonderful urban park, Europe's largest purpose-built food hall, and a brand-new Radisson Blu hotel.

This award recognises the collaborative effort of businesses and the Council over the last decade, celebrating the ongoing regeneration and bright future.
