Directors update March 2026

27th March 2026

We are writing to inform our membership that Charles Dunn is stepping down from his role as a director of the Sheffield Property Association.

Throughout his time as a director, Charles has been a valued member of the S-PA board, and we are grateful for his time and dedication to his role.

Charles said: "It's been a real privilege to spend this time as a director of the S-PA, though with a growing family as well as my day job as a director at Urbana, it is sadly needed for me to try and free up some time!

“Fundamentally, everything we do, especially as directors, is answerable to our membership. So, asking what value any given activity delivers to the members has been something I've returned to time and again over the last few years, and I hope I've been able to enhance that value.

“I'm looking forward to seeing some fresh ideas from a new director, and of course, otherwise remaining an active member."

We wish Charles all the best with his growing family, and we look forward to his continued involvement as a member of the Association.

Opportunity available to become a director of the S-PA

This is a fantastic opportunity to help steer the direction of the S-PA, contribute fresh ideas, make a real difference to the wider membership and be part of real change in our region.

Anyone within a member organisation is welcome to apply, so please share this with your colleagues and employees.
