Join us for a panel discussion event focused on social mobility, bringing together professionals from across the built environment to share their experiences, challenges, and insights.

This event will explore the impact of socio-economic background, the structural barriers individuals may face throughout their careers, and how organisations can help ensure that people from all backgrounds are afforded equal opportunity to succeed.

Through sharing their varied experiences, the panel will consider how we can collectively support positive change across our sector and within our region – and how this might be the key to moving Sheffield and its industries from good to great.
